JM Active is the distribution department of JM Adventure, a ropes course and adventure park contruction company with a long standing involvement in the industry. Over the last 20 years we have built and maintained numerous courses around the UK and Ireland and continue to develop our knowledge as the industry changes.

Depending on your order delivery options, our courier will provide us with a tracking number for your delivery.

We will send you the tracking number and link to the couriers website via email once your purchase is dispacted from our warehouse.

Problems with tracking can usually be solved by getting intouch with the courier company directly, however, if you have not received your tracking number please get in touch.

We aim to get your purchase dispatched within 1 working day, standard delivery should take between 3-5 working days after dispatch but can vary.

For Next Day Delivery option, you must place your order before 12 noon, this gives our couriers enough time to collect your package on the same day. Next day orders placed after this deadline will use the same next day service but will most likely arrive one day later than usual.

If your package has been dispatched but still hasn't been delivered use your tracking number in your dispatch notice email to see if your package is still with the courier. Contacting the courier directly in this case is the best way to proceed.
